The Franklin Main Street Program, Inc. was formed in 2007 as part of the North Carolina Main Street initiative to revitalize the "Heart of Downtown Franklin". We invite you to join with us to renew Franklin, looking to the future while preserving our past.

Each year Macon County honors its Veterans with a special parade and ceremony. This year a special emphasis is being placed on our WWII Vets and their families. General F.P. Bodenheimer, Ret., will be the keynote speaker for the event.
